“The Bend In the Road” by Helen Steiner Rice

The crossroads in life are not easy, but from my view point now, I can look back now knowing that it really wasn’t an ending, even though everything in my brain was telling me it was all over. These times teach me that even though it was hard I could keep going. I can do hard things in life because I’ve been to other bends in the road and there always comes a point where it straightens out again, with a clear path ahead. This doesn’t mean the clearer part of the path is easy, but after getting past some bends, I learn to trust in Heavenly Father and His path, knowing He sees farther than I.
